If you buy across different platforms, it becomes easy to lose track of what account owns what. The portal gives you one place to connect those accounts and see your supported purchases together instead of checking each storefront separately.
It is also useful when support is needed. Product and account details can already be tied to your customer profile, which makes it easier to verify ownership and resolve access problems without unnecessary back and forth.
