3. Provider Sign-In

The portal uses third-party authentication providers such as Steam, itch.io, Gumroad, Discord, and X. Sign-in happens on the provider side.

• Arzolath does not ask for your provider password directly.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your provider accounts.
• Provider availability, APIs, and account data are controlled by those third parties.

4. Ownership Verification

The portal may use connected accounts and provider APIs to verify product ownership, purchase history, license type, or entitlement status.

Verification results depend on the data returned by the provider and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the services.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, tokens, or backend systems.
• Do not use automated methods to bypass intended usage limits.
• Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, code, art, text, graphics, product materials, and related assets remain the property of Arzolath or the respective rights holder.

Purchasing a product or verifying ownership through the portal does not transfer copyright or broader commercial rights unless explicitly granted elsewhere.

7. Digital Products and Services

Games, creator tools, avatar products, and portal features may change over time. Features may be updated, limited, removed, or replaced without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Separate storefront terms, platform policies, or product-specific licenses may also apply.

8. Third-Party Services

Arzolath is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data errors, billing issues, or API behavior of third-party services such as storefronts, payment providers, hosting platforms, Discord, or X.

9. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if there is suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, breach of these terms, or a legal requirement to do so. Connected provider tokens may also be revoked or expire independently of the portal.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the website, portal, or provider integrations will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arzolath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or access caused by use of or inability to use the services.
