Commission Info

I. General Terms

• Please describe your commission in a clear and polite manner.
• Provide neat references.
• Avoid sending a wall of text.
• During each progress update, you may request up to two revisions.
• Complex or unclear feedback may result in delays or added costs.

II. Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full in advance via PayPal.
• You will be contacted when your order is ready for processing.
• The accepted currency is EURO.

III. Process

• Work in progress will be shared for review before finalization.
• You may request up to two revisions per stage.
• Completion time ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on complexity and queue position.
• Unforeseen delays will be communicated as early as possible.
• For animations, rendering time may vary based on resolution, content length, and visual effects.

IV. Customer Satisfaction

• I aim for full customer satisfaction.
• After delivery, one final revision may be requested within 7 days.
• Additional revisions beyond this period or scope will incur extra charges.
• Please be detailed and clear in your initial order to avoid misunderstandings.

V. Copyright and Usage Policy

• I retain full copyright and ownership of all models, animations, and related content.
• The commissioner receives a personal-use license only, unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial use of animations is strictly prohibited unless a separate license is purchased and discussed in advance.
• The following actions are considered copyright infringement:

• Claiming authorship of the work.
• Removing watermarks or signatures.
• Altering the work without my consent.

• Credit is always required when the work is used, shared, or edited.

VI. Third-Party Characters and Licensed Assets

• All assets and materials provided must be legally owned or licensed by the commissioner.
• If other characters appear, written permission from their rightful owners is required.
• I reserve the right to decline any content that violates copyright or ownership policies.

VII. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• The commissioner may not cancel or request a refund once payment has been made.
• Filing a chargeback will result in:

• Revocation of all rights to the commissioned work.
• Ban from future commissions.
• The right for me to resell the artwork to other buyers.

VIII. Work Preferences and Boundaries

• I specialize in muscular / bara body types, particularly furries and scalies.
• I do not accept commissions for:

• Overly complex designs
• Female characters
• Content that does not align with my style

• Reference pictures are mandatory.
